 Usage Limits

– Pass validity starts from the first tag-in date (based on the calendar day).
– Maximum payment amount per transaction: 5,500 KRW (applies to both 4-day and 6-day passes).
– Total spending limits: 4-Day Pass: Up to 60,000 KRW, 6-Day Pass: Up to 90,000 KRW

💳 How to Purchase and Use
1. A mobile barcode voucher image will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
2. Save the voucher on your phone and present the barcode to a staff member at the designated CU convenience store in Incheon International Airport.
3. The staff will scan the barcode using a POS scanner and exchange it for a physical 4-day or 6-day public transportation pass card.
4. Your card will be activated and ready to use as soon as you receive it.
5. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with the barcode, please contact NAMANE Customer Service.
6. The voucher can only be redeemed at designated CU convenience stores in Incheon International Airport. (It cannot be exchanged at other CU stores outside the airport.)

[Cancellation & Loss Policy]

1. Cancellations are not allowed for purchases made through the official store, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
2. We are not responsible for lost cards — they cannot be refunded or replaced.
3. For Chinese Alipay users (must be linked to a Chinese bank account): You can purchase the pass directly in the Alipay app by searching "NAMANE"
